Need help for shower rennovation

We are re doing a shower and are looking for a wall mount rain shower. Where did you find this one with such a long distance from the wall? Thanks

This particular rain head and shower arm are from Rohl. I believe you can get them up to 20" long. http://www.rohlhome.com/Shower/Products.aspx?CollectionName='Shower Arms'

You can always buy an extended shower arm from Moen, Riobel, Grohe, etc. Any plumbing fixture company has that option, from my experience.
