My laundry room needs better lighting for the sink area. I had an electrician in but it’s not an easy task to add a light above the sink, and I don’t want to have to cut open the drywall, etc.

I have 2 options (I think?)

1. A new hanging light that plugs in, and hang it from a hook above the sink.

2. Replace the flush mount light with track lighting. I don’t love the way track lighting looks but it may be better than a plug in light given it’s a laundry room?

Thoughts?
