Need help w small bath renovation

Very small bath renovation. Will install Kohler Memoirs pedestal and toilet on 5' wall. Is this 4' wainscoting or breadboard? Ceiling only 7' high, suggestion for medicine cabinet lighting?

This image illustrates classic painted wood wainscotting (individual boards, not panels) at 42" high with a chair rail. You may achieve same look with "off the shelf" beadboard panels for a more economical cost. You may not have enough ceiling height at 7 feet to mount lighting above medicine cabinet/ mirror so side lighting may work better (or side pendants from ceiling). Hope this helps! Cheers, Jodi.

Wainscot has many different types, this particular one is a beadboard wainscot. I would still have lighting over cabinet, or on cabinet sides. You could put smaller mirror and place medicine cabinet in side wall if possible.
