I don't like sconces in bathrooms so I like theover the mirror light and the squared mirror. I never use towel bars since no one ever folds the towel anyway. Just hooks and in black why brushed nickel at all. BTW no Edison type bulbs in a space that actually needs good lighting .

I like the first option, except I would find different sconces that don't have Edison style bulbs. They tend to throw weird shadows which isn't terribly functional for someone trying to put on make-up. Maybe find sconces that have similar shades as option 2? Like these, maybe:
