How large (square feet?) is the living area; kitchen dining and LR?

This not a Regency Product. The first give away is that Regency doesn’t offer a fireplace with an opening that big. The 2nd way you know it’s not a Regency is the surround piece; you’ll notice that this one doesn’t have one which makes it a lot more custom looking and better all around aesthetically. This is a MONTIGO fireplace for sure. I know because I had one in my last home build. It was roughly 6’ wise and built into the stone surround so it looks very custom. I’ll attach a few pics of mine. I also have pics of what it looks like under all the pretty stone. Awesome fireplace!!!
