How was this refrigerator leveled so that it appears level when set in

We have this exact same refrigerator and it is set into the cabinets in the same way. Yet if you look at the the side wall of wood (which is level in all directions) the side of the refrigerator is not level. It is pitched backward from the top to the bottom by about 1/4". This is new construction and every part of this area is level.
