You might be able to have a few bunnies! They don't make eggs but they make good fertilzer and you can have vermicompost under their hutches.

The copper ones tarnish, which actually is rather pretty, but then you can no longer read the labels. I like the Paw Paw Everlast labels. Get the heavy weight ones. I write on the front with paint pens, which lasts several years. No ink-based marker lasts as long. Then I repeat the information in pencil on the back, so that I can replicate it once the original paint pen markings fade.

SUPER Tip about writing on the back. I like how copper weathers too. But I'm going to use labels and clear coat them. I will STILL pencil in the info on the back tho. And record on the chart in my Garden book. I cannot tell you how many times I've said to self: "Oh, I'll remember that" Uh no. I will not. So not. Like never.... lol

I agree that the Paw Paw Everlast labels are cost efficient and as durable as most things I have used. I use a paint pen to mark the rose name, but I also like the pencil duplication on the back. Trouble is I have a high failure rate with zone pushing so I often repurpose the labels of roses that died. That could get confusing with one name on the front and a different one on the back
