Thank you for your question. This is fabric. The bench has an upholstered seat and back to make it more comfortable. For the upholstery fabric a nice blue was selected. It is an exterior grade fabric, to ensure the durability of the upholstery.

I am sure you can find one, but color depends greatly on its surroundings and exposure to light. I recommend you go to a Benjamin Moore store and pick up a few sheets of their blues, from what they call their "classic colors" collection. Bring them home and narrow it down to 4 or 5 colors you love and then get tests to put up on the walls. With a little testing I am sure you can find your perfect blue.
