Repainting my 1906 Craftsman soon and torn between historical colors

Historical brick red or sage??Currently sw whole wheat with sw antique white. Shutters will be removed. Also lattice on railing.Roof will be weathered wood. Original door remains stained.Hoping to keep antique white trim as extensive work went into picket fence.
Contractors lead certified and lap siding is cedar, so project will be intense. I love the warmth of red and cottage feel, and organic earthy sage. Concerns; red potentially fading.. and sage blending into landscape. Thank you in advance for your input and I'm open to alternative color palettes if they aren't blue, taupe, gray or white. My block has ample of those. The present color is historically correct and was chosen to go with desert tone roof. Both are now worn. Excited for transformation!
