We might be able to help more with more information. Where are the seedlings growing? Under what conditions? Are you growing other seedlings,and how are they doing? Have you grown seedlings before? Do you have photos you could share?

Hello, the plants are under a grow light. As you can see all the seedlings true leaves are dying. This is my first time growing from seed. Yhank you for responding . Shirley
