What is the orange shaded area? Is that a built in cabinet there? I’d move that cabinet to the open kitchen wall and make that area the dining room that could also function as flexible office/work/homework space and use the entire living room for seating/gathering/living.

I would have your table straddle the pink and green area so it is half way in each. This way it doesn't take up too much kitchen or too much living room. Whenever I have had a table in or part way in a kitchen it always ends up serving as extra counter space when I'm cooking dishes with lots of steps or ingredients or when I need to cool pies that have come out of the oven. I always welcome that extra surface area.

No matter your table decision, I would set up the living room area as in the first diagram you posted. It is much more open and spacious looking than having the sofa create a walkway in the middle of the space.

Susan, sorry there is a front door there in the orange area. I forgot to put it in the floor plan. So the built in cabinet is for shoes etc.

Maybe an oval table in the kitchen. Here I have one 1,5 M long, 1 M wide.

Unless the fridge is deeper than 80 cm I think this could work w/o using too much space from the living room.

Keep the kitchen table solely in the pink rectangle. Keep only things that you generally use in the kitchen. so that space may be utilized effectively.
