Sealer for honed Danby marble - protection against oil/stains

I had honed Danby marble installed a few weeks ago and I don't believe it was sealed by the fabricator. It already has a small stain from some dark brown vitamin oil that was wiped up while still wet, so I really want to seal it now. What's the best impregnating sealer to protect against oil / stains and that I can buy online? I am not interested in anything anti-etching. I was looking into:

1) Tenax Proseal

2) 511 Porous Plus

any suggestions?

I found Akemi works awesome on my Montclair danby. I used 511 but didn’t feel it gave me same protection. I don’t have any staining and even etching if I wipe it right away. If I don’t notice that my kids spilled lemonade 😆 I’ll have some etching. But little comet with green scratch gets rid of it right away. I always put a sealer again. I love my danby because of it. Etching bothers me on marble and that’s the reason I picked danby so I can clean it.
