Off-white would work to pop your white trim.

White birch! Lucky, lucky. We've lost just about all white birch on the Cape. Suggest you trim back some of the pine and let the birch get more light.

The roof looks dark blue to me, so I'm going with blue for siding.

For the thin veneer foundation stone, you are living in the right state! Check out some of your local stone yards for Vermont limestone. Lots, and lots of colors. For instance, if you painted the house blue:

BM Nantucket Gray (looks khaki-beige/green when used outside).

Love the olive. However, I think my white windows would stand out more than I'd like.
