Horstmann's Silberlocke Fir – any chance saving this?

I'll be honest, forget about this one and surprised it's still alive. The top is dead but there's a still a good amount of life on the tree. Is it possible to save? If so, do I trim anything?
I found it like this today and gave it a good soaking. It hasn't rained in quite a bit:
