Well heavy dripping isnt a good thing, but, the stipple from the rollers is normal. You do not have to sand between coats of paint. What do you mean by roller marks, other than the normal stippling, that happens when you use a roller. Are they using rollers meant for smooth walls, that gives less stippling. Rollers should not be the cheap type either, get the very best rollers. Did they primer the walls, wondering why its taking 3 coats of paint. New paint has good coverage, and 2 coats should be enough. I would never do less than 2 coats.

First 2 pictures show visible roller marks and the wall is dry…. Any advice on how to correct this? This is thruout my house!

I am not a professional, used to live in the SF area of california. I had 2 homes, painted 2 times each…..The painters sprayed paint…In my experience rollers are from the 80’s.

Maybe your painters are underfunded and untrained.

$5k for a sprayer or $500 for some rollers.

Did the painters mix the paint? In addition the finishes look different...door looks flat, wall looks eggshell.

Who is manufacturer? I would make contact with them and ask for advice.
