This is the area I'm trying to build my neighbor rain garden. She had flooding issues where the duvet is at the right of the photo by the ladder. It hard to tell in the photo but in person the dip is obvious in the ground.

    Percolation rate was pretty fast since the picture was taken yesterday so within 24 hours, and our roof is approximately 250 square ft.

    Going to go ahead with this plan I drafted earlier for my neighbor. They went out to one the nursey in Westland and got the plants so I plan on working on the rain garden later today.
