I would use some cheap indoor/outdoor area rugs under the dog crates. Easy enough to remove every now and then to clean them and the area under them.

I used to have an elliptical sitting on hardwood floors and we placed large furniture felt pads under the legs. If you do a lot of sweating then I would just lay a towel under the machine and remove/wash after every workout.

I don't know how much surface contact area the exercise equipment has but I'd bet they make grip/protection pads specifically for this.

With all of your pads and matts, try to get non-obtrusive colors so you camo the look.

I do the felt pads under the feet of all my fury with “ legs” including chairs, EC of course rolling chairs. I try to avoid just shoving furniture around, but it does move, plus my dining chairs are not on a rug.

Do not use rubber for feet on wood floor but the felt pads work great and a washable rug under the dog crate if it is apuppy There are feet for the office chairs that are made for hardwood so check those out do not put a plastic sheet down on wood floors.

Thanks. I am talking about a heavy duty gym style treadmill. I have gotten felt pads for the furniture and a polycarbonate protector for the office chairs while we are getting the soft wheels. Our floor person suggested heavy duty felt pads. But there needs to be a mat to protect against sweat and vibration.
