How to install drawers in a large under-sink bathroom cabinet

I’d like to make use of the large (>35 inch) under sink cabinet in my bathroom by installing drawers for toiletries. Is there a way to put in a small (<12inches) pull out rev a shelf drawer like this, or is it impossible without having the cabinet frame the right size? If so, how would I support the drawer it on the “free” side?

You install a large drawer, and subdivide it with dividers. Or do 2 separate floor mounted ones. But, the plumbing can get in the way.

I had a roll out installed under all my sinks - kitchen and bathroom. If I wanted to "subdivide", I woud get containers/baskets that worked for what I was storing and just put those on the rollout.
