Recommendation for mid-tone brown wood-look fiberglass front door??

We have decided against a solid wood front door due to the maintenance and have been told to get the most genuine 'wood-look' that fiberglass is the way to go. I cannot seem to find a mid-tone brown fiberglass front door WITH a transom and sidelights that I like.

Also, what brands are good (everything has such mixed reviews). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    These are from Lowes.

What would have been helpful is if you had indicated the architectural style of your home because the door should match the style.

How long is the warranty on the finish? When the faux wood finish fades or peels what will you do? I think fiberglass doors are great but I would choose a door that could be painted, you will have more options.

This is our 2nd Provia Fibergalss Door. I highly recommend them. They are costly, so be prepared to spend some extra money. The builder door we had was fiberglass and was painted a brown stain and looked cheap and felt flimsy when closing it. We get so many complements on the door and people are shocked that it's Fiberglass. The door comes factory finished and we didn't have any issues with our previous door, that was exposed to the hot summer sun in the afternoon.

I've never heard of Provia but will check them out. We were going to get a ThermaTru but I've recently heard many people have issues with them

What line of the Provia? Embarq, Signet, or Heritage?

We have Therma-tru at one property and it's been fine. We have Kolbe at another property; eight years with no fading. The multi-point lock is a great feature.

In what direction do your doors face? I understand south facing doors can easily fade. Mine is south facing. I love a wood door but there is risk facing south, Home Depot will not warranty them so I am looking for alternatives.

Is there a better brand of fiberglass door (factory stained) that will hold up to direct sunlight better? My door faces due west, gets intense sunlight in the afternoon (caused the varnish on my current wood door to look warn and beaten up).

Plant a deciduous tree slightly north of directly west of your door.

Do you have an overhang or covered porch? My genuine wood door is protected by a covered porch, and it's over 40 years old. Painted a few times but still looks awesome.
