You have no gray and nothing faux weathered. Wonderful.

So many things would look nice there. Painted cream or black, or a darker stained wood finish. I'd be tempted to look for a stained wood table with delicate black metal base which would play well with your lighting and (of course) your sewing machine.

How do you feel about rush seats?

Thank you for the advice & feedback! I’m not crazy about rush seats but like the thought of different textures.

I think a copper top or travertine top table would look fantastic in there … rustic, but in a more refined way, and with textural interest.

I'd say no to rush seats just for fact that crumbs will get stuck in all those crevices. I would hate to have to vacuum the seats in order to get them out.
