Let's hope is more appropriate in your new home than it is in the house you photographed it in. Could be the cool color temperature that is throwing it off.

Might have to wait until the drywall is up? That might make it easier to visualize how the different chandaliers or maybe even sconces will fit in... The dining table will go where the scaffolding is now. Those big openings are stacking glass doors & trapazoidal windows above. To the left is a fireplace flanked by large windows.

Definitely wait on the chandeliers. You have the big window to silhouette a great fixture. That one in the picture would not show very well in your place.

Amazing view! Re: a light, it looks like you’ll need something that works on a sloped ceiling. The one in your first picture, with the large flat base/canopy, would look vey different on a slope (if it would even adapt to one.)

Yes, it's a chandelier from Holly Hunt and probably very expensive as this is a designer showroom known for hi-end products. Beautiful and top of the line craftsmanship.

This company ( https://ladesignconcepts.com/ ) will give you quotes for most To-The-Trade brands. A local mid/high end lighting store should be able to give a quote and place an order as well. I found the chandelier on an auction site and the price shown was $16K.

I think you can do much better, style wise. Definitely wait till the drywall is in. The size/shape of your dining table will also be important.
