First time homebuyer here. Ill be getting the keys to my new condo in a couple weeks. As exciting as it is, Ive been monitoring sofas and other pieces of furniture for the last couple years and buying them when they go on sale. My living room area sits at around 10'x10'. Im trying to make it look as large as possible but still have furniture that will meet their needs.

My question today is what size coffee table and tv stand would be best suitable for a small space like this (LxWxH). The sofa I bought is 80"x34" so I have around 7' remaining to the wall. I have a few wood workers in my area that i can get custom pieces from. I was thinking maybe a floating tv stand to enlarge the space. What are average minimal sizes I could make these without making it looked crammed with the remaining space available?
