Since its kids hangout…have you considers a small sectional or couple of the swivel chairs that are so popular now

I would do 2 sifasa and if this is gaming space then a couple of gaming chairs I cannot imagine teens using a recliner . I see little ones toys too so maybe more than a teen hang out.. I think maybe some type of room devider might also be a good idea.

Since the room is already fitted with wall speakers, I'm not sure why you are not using that wall for the TV. I would place the TV between the speakers and the seating facing it.

If there is enough room, place the piano on the long wall

Place the office at the back of the room so any mess is less obvious when you enter the room.

It looks like you have plenty of room to add more seating. You could look at a sectional and bean bags or a small sofa and some armchairs. Below are a few images from our designs we think might just help.
