I have a house with drainage issues that are partially stemming from gutters that are too small for the water volume, downspout placement, improper grading, and retained water from concrete planting beds too close to the house. I’ve got to get someone in to do some demo on the planting beds, but what kind of professional do I need to make smart decisions about relocating downspouts, fixing grading, and draining towards storm drains? Seems too complex for a gutter place and too specialized for your average landscaper. Location is Southern California.
