The size and form look a lot like one of the Peace roses to me - either the original or one of the variations like Chicago Peace or Enchanted Peace. Does the bush look like a Hybrid Tea?

That’s First Prize. Once in a while you get a beige center, but most often a huge multi-tone rose pink.
