The Old House Remodeling Exterior

What Style? 1937 Southern California House

last year

I am trying to restore my 1937 Southern California house. It was originally built as a 900 sq ft house that then in the 50s had an addition put over the garage. Can anyone help me classify this house style? Possibly Colonial Revival (though there are many different kinds of Colonial) but Im not sure. I want to add charm so if you have any ideas I’m all ears! Thank you in advance!

The corner window is a nod to Frank Lloyd Wright. In FLW houses, they make sense. Elsewhere, they often don't. The shutter on the corner window is just wrong. I'd paint the garage doors to match the garage shutters and plant more flowers. The brown of the roof isn't a great match for the blue siding. If you need to either paint or replace the roof, I'd think about the colors, if not, it's okay for now.
