Andersen 200 series exterior sills separating

We have andersen 200 series double hung windows. These were manufactured in 2020. Every window in the house, the sill is separated at different stages. There warrenty service representing is unable to fix correctly. Does anyone else out there have this problem? They are not an easy company to work with, definitely not for the consumer.
