No to a white range hood and IMOthe whole gold look will be one of those dated things soon. Why not stick with stainless and add a nice gold platter or some other accent piece

No to white range hood, and I would go with stainless, or brushed nickel for the hardware too. The gold was all the rage years ago, but, people tire of it easily, and it soon became a thing, you changed immediately when you bought a house, now its back, but, I have already heard, a few people that have put it in, say, that they now understand, why everyone was removing it in the first place. Stick with stainless, or brushed nickel, it always looks good.

There is a big difference between the cheap shiny gold that was trending in the 80's and what is available today in the brushed gold/bronze tones.

No regrets with the TopKnobs Honey Bronze pulls I installed in my new kitchen in 2022. The pulls tie into the warm color of my Taj Mahal quartzite counters and brass pendants. My range and hood are stainless steel.

Yes… I ended up purchasing brushed brass.

Good for you! Life is short get what makes you smile.

You can mix metals and do it nicely.
