Not sure why the pic comes out darker than actually looking at it in person. But it's lighter and has more pink in person. Any recs on what options I have ?

Some people have used Bona Red Out or Ciranova Pink Blocker. I think there is another product - but I can’t remember the name. I’ve used Ciranova Pink Blocker on some red oak boards awhile ago - it did appear to ”block” the pink.

If a mint green is added - it helps tone down the red.

Some people have had success by bleaching their red oak floors - but my understanding is that is quite a process + expensive (and doesn’t always turn out well).

I know that you want a natural white oak look - but many people have given up on that and instead decide to do a medium stain - that has some green in it. I’m sure others will know what the name is - I can’t remember.

Your floors are going to be pink, because that is red oak. You will have to do all kinds of manipulating to get them to sorta look like white oak. You didn't save any money. You will spend more doing that than you would had you just bought the white oak. Leave well enough alone, and just use a clear coat and go.

You don't get that from Red Oak. I haven't seen Bona Red Out used on Red Oak, but other than a wood change, that may be your best hope.
