Glass top dining table and wood living room coffee table

Hello. We are remodeling my open concept home. Dining room table is a glass top with gold silver stand. Im looking to buy a new coffee table for my living room and i would like a wood table. will that look weird since you can see both when you come in? pictures attached. (im still not done remodeling. need to change my pantry door to wood, and paint the wall wall on dining room also ignore the no rug and chair color in dining room)

Can’t see your dining table, but I think black might be a good option, given the feel of the space in genera and nesting tables are always a good choice with a sectional.

Just as an aside: I’d wouldn’t paint the wall in dining room and instead add large art and consider a natural fibre rug to keep the living room feeling modern, casual and light.
