Kitchen Sink holes - which do you love/hate?

Need help - 5 holes feels absurd - seems too cluttered -- but is it??

We have a 33" undermount sink going - our faucet has built in dual sprayer, but there are a few other "accessories" that I want. Which would you prioritize.

1) Faucet (1 hole)

2) Drinking water dispenser

3) Soap dispenser

4) Push button for garbage disposal

5) Glass rinser

I have 4 holes- faucet, garbage disposal air switch, dish soap and hand soap. I don't think it looks crowed at all and I use all of them. I like the more stream-lined look of having the built-in dish and hand soap vs bottles on the counter but that is just a personal preference. I would skip the glass rinser. Have never had a filtration system so can't comment on how that would look.

It's not too cluttered. I'd drop the glass rinser first.

I'd drop glass rinser and soap dispenser. I know some people love them, but I just get pretty handsoap from TJMAXX to put on the counter. I tried a soap dispenser once before and it was a pain. It clogged, was hard to clean and an overall pain. No one really does them anymore...at least not in my market. I LOVE, love, love airswitch buttons! Keep that!

What is the difference between a faucet and a drinking water dispenser?

@bpath We have horrible city water, and therefore need a seperate system with added filtration to make it "drinkable".

Skip the separate tap with filtration system and just attach it (the filtration system) to the cold-water side of your regular faucet.

This Elkay LKAV7051FLS Single Hole 2-in-1 Kitchen Faucet combines a standard hot/cold faucet and cold, filtered water into one faucet.

I haven't used it, but this permanently-upside-down Dawn detergent bottle seems like a good idea. No sink hole required.

With a soap dispenser you’ll never know the joy that is Dawn Platinum Powerwash.

I’d go with #1 and #4. I’m planning on buying the Hydroviv water filtration system, but if you are using reverse osmosis, you’ll probably also need #2. Good luck!

My daughter said that she thought the upside down Dawn dish soap dispenser bottle was really gimmicky… Until she bought some to try… And now she says she won’t go back. I bought some as well last week. Pretty sure I’m not going back either…

They make a soap dispenser hose that connects to the push dispenser (a hole in the countertop at your sink) and sits in a regular commercial plastic jug on the floor of your sink cabinet. (NO soap container to fill and overflow on the floor of your sink cabinet!). These connector hoses are awesome.

For my cleanup sink I’ve got a single hole faucet, soap dispenser for dish soap(has the Never MT connected), bottle of hand soap and the disposer switch is on the wall. I really wish I would have done the air switch instead like I did on my prep sink. I do not feel the need for a glass rinser or drinking water dispenser. Our fridge has a filter for the water dispenser.

I'm not a fan of soap bottles on countertops; I've seen the damage they do. Soap gets trapped between the bottom of the bottle and the stone. We are creatures of habit so we keep putting it in exactly the same place. The protective mats aren't only ugly, they make matters worse:
