Accent chair and throw pillow suggestions to tie everything together?

last year

I have a green and white marble tiled fireplace (painted wood surround is going to be stripped and wood will be stained) and i just got a vintage hollywood regency style settee that is cream and beige with gold fringe tassels. I’m looking for accent chair and throw pillownsuggestions to tie everything together. excuse the boxes we are still renovating and moving things in.

Those are some beautiful options. I guess if you already have the white sofa, you are ok with white chairs. I mean, they;ll look great for sure and the pillows are great but I would be a worrier and want a little more user friendly color for the chairs...

For chair style I really like the second chair .

I really think all the pillows are great.

I would probably still want a litle more color besides the green and white though, so the light rose/apricot/rust in the pillows looks very good to my eye.

Sorry but in no way do those chairs work with that setee they are too big and in no way the right style Maybe something like this and I see no place for pillows but maybe a persian rug and amohair throw in a color from the rug for the back of the setee . I am finding the fireplace tile an odd choce do you have some insoiration pics that you are using? Maybe post those here

@patriciacolwellconsulting I dont have inspiration pics. My house was built in 1920. The original fireplace tile was unattractive and we later learned from this project the whole fireplace was on borrowed time and was only being supported by severely rotten wood and questionable concrete or mortar. Our GC couldn’t even identify the material. We quickly picked out tile which is a green and white marble in a geometric pattern. I had been on the hunt for a vintage settee that was the right size (56 inches) and I didn’t want to pay to ship a piece of furniture so this was the best local find. The house doesn’t have a foyer or formal entry, you just walk right into the formal living room so a smaller piece of furniture was needed. Im not opposed to reupholstering this one. The picture here doesnt show it well . It is cream and beige with a greek key pattern with a triple gold fringe with tassels. I’d like to use 2 accent chairs and throws or decorative objects to try and tie the room together.
