Apple tree - no fruits even though no frost

I have an 'Arkansas Black', the only apple I wanted to mess around w/because it's supposedly about as disease resistant as you're going to get.

Last year I finally got ONE apple, that was quite good.

This year we definitely didn't have a late freeze - I've been eating bush cherries in quantity, for the first time ever. But mysteriously, not a single apple flower seems to have developed a fruit. Bee activity is normal for my neighborhood, which is very plentiful. All of the other fruit bearing plants I have like blueberries are absolutely loaded.

Is there a pathology or disease process that can cause all off the fruits to abort at an early stage?
