Need advice. Replacing 2 old toilets, both close to 14" rough-in

I need to replace the 2 old toilets. I measured the rough in as seen below. I have zero experience with this, so can use some advice.

See the rough-in measurement below. The in the kids' bathroom is almost 14" (photo #1). The one in the main adult bathroom is a tad over 13",

I wanted Toto, but Toto are all for the standard 12 inch rough-in. I don't like the idea of a Unifit attachment, so looking for an alterntive.

This one seems to fit for the kids bathroom - is it good enough? Will it last at least a few years?

Should I just buy a regular Toto 12" rough-in model for the one that has the 13" rough-in?

There's no reason why 12" toilets can't be used where there's more than enough space. I have no idea what a "unifit attachment" is so all I can say there is read the instructions. As for me clicking links furnished by people unknown to me, not gonna happen.

Plumbing work is the most challenging thing for diyers and unforgiving when improperly done. Your "zero experience" is showing through Jason so I suggest you bite the bullet and hire someone. Well actually I can teach you via the web if you can teach me to play violin or dance via the web.

This is an odd reply. The link is to the American Standard Cadet Pro toilet with a 14" rough in on build.com I am asking what toilet makes sense to buy. Or should I hire a shopping advisor too?
