Perla Venata - durability compared to Taj Mahal

Can anyone with Perla Venata quartzite in their kitchen speak to its durability? I had originally picked a Taj Mahal slab based on what I heard about Taj being hardy and resistant to stains compared to other quartzites. But, our fabricator recommended Perla Venata saying it’s the same as Taj but a little cheaper. Wondering how the two compare from a durability standpoint over time. Water and food stains are my biggest concern. (Turmeric, lemon/lime juice, tomato sauce, wine etc.)

First pic - Perla Venata - has a little more green tone in it.
Second pic - Taj Mahal - more grey and brown.
