Could anyone tell me what kind of orchid this apart from being in the cattleya family? It came from a neighbour’s friend’s green-fingered elderly aunt, but that’s all I know about it. It’s flowered once in the last 12 months - in late summer - and grows happily in a hanging pot outside, under a Blueberry Ash tree all year in Sydney (warm temperate - and unusually rainy).
