My house was built in the 1950s. Charming home bought 3 years ago and due to a few bad choices of contractors.. no one could live there until this year. We spent a bunch of money remodeling the efficiency which is done,finally rented to a tenant.

Then there is the main home a 3/1. I’ve replaced the AC , the bathroom remodeled, dealt with cast iron plumbing collapses in the process but okay now.

Roof is being replaced in a week. Then I am torn as to whether or not I should just replace the cabinets and countertop in the kitchen or if I should even consider a remodel .

The house is old and the previous owner did a lot of home improvements so a lot of what I have uncovered is weird wiring among another things
