It's a Thanksgiving cactus. Same care as a Christmas cactus.

Yes. I'm not big on these. We don't really distinguish between the two, especially since there are so many hybrids. They're all generally referred to as Christmas cactus or, occasionally, Winter cactus. After all we don't have Thanksgiving. 😉

That pot looks a bit large for the size of your cactus (they bloom better when constrained).

Definitely a Schlumbergera of some sort.

And now I really want to know is what's rest of that topic title that got cut off? 🙂

The pot looks OK to me.

We call them Zygocactus in Australia.
