Hello! We are redoing a small lawn and want/need the ground covered/green. I’m especially interested in hearing experiences with die back of clover over the winter. We don’t desire a ”perfect lawn”. But we have dogs, and can’t have a muddy yard, either. We can‘t do mulch, because the pups like to eat it. And not interested in artificial turfs. So, some type of organic green is the way to go. Considering clover/microclover, either sod at the start, or grass sod and overseeding with clover going forward. We are talking with a great landscaping co also, but they haven’t done microclover sods.

Any knowledgeable input would be much appreciated!
