According to the webpage you can "Adjust the internal sensor to respond to movement from 1"-6" from the switch face to fit your space and needs" but if there were two side by side, you'd have to set the sensor distance so short you'd virtually be touching it and you always risk triggering both switches. I'd just get standard switches and a two-gang wall plate. Plus is it really worth $60 a pop for those?

Home Depot has them for $29. Nice for a kitchen, for example, when you have dirty hands.

True, but that's a different model and it's only black. Maybe install two together and if they both triggered even with the 1" sensitivity, move one to a different location and replace it with a standard switch. Also check the linked Measurement Guide to make sure you can fit two in one electrical box as they may be wider than conventional switches.
