Brown curled under leaf edges on Maidenhair. Also yellowing foliage?

    Tried better shade and a new watering approach and color is better, so far so good.


    Another question:


    White pests are sucking the life out of my Rough Maidenhair and Pyrrosia (Robber Fern, not shown). Mainly on the underside of both plants. I have PestOil spray (petroleum base) which I will try, but reluctant to make the cure worse than the disease. Both plants exist in balcony garden, maybe the closed environment is making them susceptible as I don't notice the same problem in the forest area nearby.
