Hi! I am in zone 7b. I bought a fruiting calamondin plant a month ago and repotted in a 16in plastic pot. I brought it indoors when I noticed the leaves curling. I'm thinking it was due to the change in weather since it's fall. It has been about a week since then and the curled leaves have started to fall. I also just added Espoma citrus tone to fertilize it for fall season. I added 8 tsp of the fertilizer and the pH dropped drastically from 7 to 3.5-4.8 when I used my digital soil meter. I'm starting to worry that I may have added too much fertilizer. Should I repot or slowly increase the pH with lime/eggshells? Please help! I don't want my plant to suffer amd die. Thank you!
