Want to start selling the plants I grow but...

So I'd like to start propagating more plants on the intent of selling. I also already have some potted perennials I grew from seed years ago that's just been sitting. I don't want to make it an official business, maybe couple plants sales throughout the year and to private clients(friends, family, acquaintances). But with basically my entire garden being affected with fungal wilt(rhizoctonia) would that still be possible? For ex-one year I dug up my affected sanguisorba early in Spring and took some small divisions(separated easily), bare rooted them and potted them up. That same summer once it started flowering it started showing signs of wilt and dieback. I took that same potted plant to the lab and they tested positive for rhizoctonia. So I definitely can't propagate through division from my garden but how about seeds or cuttings from affected plants? I just don't want to contaminate and destroy anyone's entire garden from the plants I sell. Because that's definitely whats happening to my property. So would this idea pretty much be impossible for me given my situation?
