You get what you pay for. You could look for a HMI, Homeguard or Albany dealer but they are about the same quality as Provia. The absolute lowest I would go on the food chain is a Therma Tru and they are hit and miss depending on the day of the week and the millwork supply house they are order from. I also would never buy any exterior entry door from a box store.

Are the rest of your windows triple pane? That’s kind of overkill down here (I’m in savannah). To be a nice fiberglass door with double pane glass works on most homes unless over a million dollars.

I have offset (dissimilar thickness / noise reduction) and laminate windows. Noise reduction is of paramount importance to me.

Then you need a $3000 door.

I agree this is what you will need to pay to get what you want.
