Pella windows triple pane- how to open?

Hi! Does anyone know how to open the Pella window triple pane window so you can clean inside of the glass/take out the grids? I called pella and they said slide the two sliding tabs one on the top, one on the bottom, towards the middle and the glass should pop open, but it doesn’t. The windows probably haven’t been open in years. Does anyone have a trick?
