Where to purchase stairway parts (North Boston)

I'm dumbfounded... Spent at least an hour searching for a brick/mortar store with an good selection of treads, balusters, railings.. specifically something modern (like pictured). Unbelievably the only stores I can find are in NY or CT area. Does anyone from Boston/NH area know a good place?
The reason I need a physical store is because I need to be 100% sure which railing parts are available to make all the turns and twists. And of course I would like to see the wood grain and color in person

You can check with National lumber or Moynihan. No one really stocks stair parts, too many, too expensive. Usually your stair installer will get all the parts you need. Mills like Vintage millwork (Dracut) or Anderson and Mcquaid (Cambridge) will have or can mill the handrails. All your metal parts are special order. Either that you are purchasing from Home Depot or Lowe's.

A quick Google search for "modern stair boston ma" showed several possibilities.

I'm not from Boston, so I wouldn't know if any of them were near you, or anything about the reputation of the stores. But one of them did have a picture that looked very much like the one you posted (sorry, don't remember which one).

Staircases are usually very site specific as to parts so instead of looking for parts find a staircase company. Are you planning to do this yourself?

@Patricia I hired an excellent carpenter (recommendation and pictures as proof) but I'm responsible for picking all materials. He'll be doing finished basement and staircase.

@G & S thank you! This is exactly what I was asking. Yes, I can find staircase services in Boston area but not stores that sell parts so I'll absolutely check out your recommendation.

They aren't going to sell you the parts. They only sell to installation companies. And they are going to have little small color samples. No professional wholesale source is set up to retail.

As G&S noted a true lumberyard will sell all these parts, no one has them on the shelf as there are way to many profile options, stiles and wood species. If necessary you can reach out top Brockway Smith as they are a wholesaler for millwork and they can direct you to a lumberyard as well.
