I can tell from my own experience with TV height that TV is on a right and comfort position for bedroom.

Here is some option to go with just lamps on a sides or wall art, or both

What is in the rest of the room? Where are the dressers? Is there a bathroom? Closets?

a long credenza with useful storage.

Your duvet cover seems too reddish to coordinate with your area rug, I show a small chest under the mirror and a bench at the foot of the bed. Your rooms seems quite large so I also show an armchair, floor lamp and side table next to the dresser and TV and the art we can see that you have in the corner of your picture. And yes, you need to lower the TV.
