Bosch 800 dishwasher multiple blue wires severed by rats

Rats got in, and decded that they liked, specifically, blue wires.

In the picture below, the red arrow points to a pair of ends of blue wires. I'm guessing that they go to the two severed wires at the orange arrow.

But I have located three (not four) more.

The blue wire at the yellow arrow ends just below the picture, and could mate either to the one ending at the green arow, or the bit peacing out at purple. There must be one more.

Not knowing that the rats had reached that compartment before we illed them all, we had a warranty repair call. First they ordered a control module, then came out and decided that it was wrong, ordered another, and only then noticed the harness. They wanted $1200 to replace both (and i'm guessing that the module is fine).

This seems like it should be fairly straightforward if i can only figure out which goes where, and where the sixth wire is. (well, OK, an figure out where i can get an air filter for my 2.5 gallon shopvac).

The only other wire appears to be the light brown one, which I will bypass while I'm at this.

Remove the debris. separate the undamaged wires. Wires of a thin gauge will not go with a thicker gauge even though colors match.

Thanks; comparing gauges didn't occur to me.

I'll have to pull it out to look. Even finding one set of different sizes would significantly reduce the complexity.

I'll have to pull it out again to peek; the closer wirs look bigger in the picture, but that couldbe perspective

I had a wire chewed by a mouse the repair guy knew exactly what had happened but to make sure he pulled out the DW to check behind It took lees than 45 mis to check and repair I think if you are worried get an electrician in before you really have an issue . Of course this not covered under any warranty .

I would suggest lining the Dw cabinet with chicken wire before you reassemble. Ask me how I know!!!

Use butt connectors and shrink tubing to connect the wires. Some wire coatings are soy based and rodents find them delicious. Do as Hallett said or start setting out traps with a better treats as bait. .

I've found the service manual at https://archive.org/details/289155949-bosch-800-plus-series-dishwasher-service-manual-pdf/289155949-Bosch-800-Plus-Series-Dishwasher-Service-Manual-pdf/page/2/mode/1up?view=theater. Oddly, it doesn't have a schematic!

I'm about to pull it again, and I'll try to line up @dan1888's schmatic, but it's kind of fuzzy.

I've found one place that will sell the schematic for $45 (!!!), but haven't found the schematic itself on this pass (but i'm pretty sure i tripped across it earlier! But the browser got closed during a system update, and it was in a private window i hadn't bookmarked yet).

I've got plenty of butt connectors and y connectors from past projects.
