Not sure if the 10’ ceiling height is the problem. Given there is only 4” to play with, precision is paramount/won’t allow for any mistakes as paper is cut longer and then trimmed. Assume you will using a wallpaper expert and I’d be asking for their thoughts around a 24.5 repeat/only 4” allowance before you purchase this paper especially.

How wide is the wall ? This is one continuous 10" rool if you need another it might not match since there is a 24.5 " repeat . I would sya yes if all that is needed is one strip and a good wallpaper installer no room for error . If this only comes in 10" rolls beprepared for seams .

It would have to be a straight match (not a drop match) and each panel would have to be identical, not variable in how the pattern falls on each drop. A single roll is usually 16-1/2' and most paper is sold in double or triple rolls.

Could you post a picture of the paper? Some paper comes paneled, or meant to be installed straight match with each drop being a complete panel or sequential panels. Phillip Jeffreys does this with some paper patterns for example, being available in different lengths for different ceiling heights. Usually these are scenics or murals of some sort. But some could just be big patterns.
