Put some drapes on the windows wider than the window then no space left for much so maybe the hanging pathos there Please post pics of the whole room one wall tells us not much. Post those here in a comment DO NOT start another post .

Suggest that you centre large art to complement the weight of the couches and a side table/lamp will create a nice balance. Hope this picture helps (just ignore the couch).

I'd get a much larger table where the two sofas meet, with a substantial table lamp.

Although you favor blinds on the windows, a drapery panel in the conversation area will make it more cozy. Pull the sofa away from the wall a bit. I am guessing the sofa placement is for TV viewing... any chance you can move the sofa so they are facing each other with a coffee table in the middle? Leave the window so you can walk up to it rather than the sofa blocking it????

There has never been a room that needed drapery panels more desperately! All of the windows.

if you keep the plants in the wall vases double or triple the amount of vases & place a console table beneath them.
